How the Program Works

• Seller agrees to enroll their home in the Homeowner Protection Plus

• Seller or Realtor then enrolls the property

• Seller or Realtor then markets the property with the Homeowner Protection Plus Program to potential homebuyers

• Buyer then purchases a home that is enrolled in the program

• The buyer and seller must agree to the terms of the AHAA Homeowner Protection Plus Program by signing the program addendum

• At settlement the Title Company/Attorney wires the sellers enrollment fee to AHAA

• The Buyer immediately begins receiving all the protections and benefits Homeowner Protection Plus offers!
