- Mortgage Payment Protection (Lifetime option available): Protects your client’s credit by making their mortgage payments in the event an unexpected hardship leaves them unable to do so.
- Personal Savings Plan: A post-purchase counselor helps your client set up a personal savings account (if they don’t already have one) and a personalized savings plan, putting them on track for financial stability and early rebate eligibility.
- Homebuyer and Homeowner Education: Buying a home can be a confusing process because of the mounds of paperwork a buyer must wade through and the responsibilities that come along with being a homeowner can be no less daunting. Online homebuyer/homeowner education is provided to everyone participating in the program.
- Loss mitigation and counseling services: Loss mitigation and counseling services are offered to all participants in the event they are needed.
- Responsible Homeowner Rebate: In the event that your client does not make a claim for Mortgage Payment Protection during the first year of homeownership or that their claims have not exceeded the protection available to them; they can choose to extend their mortgage payment protection or have the balance deposited directly into their savings account.
